Today it’s Sunday (you didn’t know that did you :o) ….)

But to the point: each Sunday I will quote a verse from the Bible that connects with the church years Bibletext in my church here in Norway. Sometime the verse also is a comment to the events in the world at large.

Here is this Sundays quote:

One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”

Read more in John chapter 5, from verse 1.

What do you think?? Was it necessary to ask the question by Jesus? Please let me know about your opinion and thoughts and send me a comment!

I’m trying to post some question, the answers can be placed as a comment by Friday. The winner gets her/his name in bold letters in the end of the week. If you want to be presented with a link to your site, or with logo - let me know!

Nobody answerd my questions last week, now you’ll get the chance again :o)
