Some Bible-talk..
I’m off to a sort of Alpha-evening. (I say sort off because we don’t call it Alpha and it is not Alpha in the strixt cense…. We just use some of the themes from it and we start the evening with a meal, as they do, too. ) We gather like this 4 times a year, this is the second. The theme is: “Bible – how to read it – and why”. I have prepared about 45 minutes of talk about the theme and will use Power Point to present it for the others.
As some of you might know, I still strugle with the whole “reading-the-Bible-regulary”-issue. Off course I read the Bible at work, but I still want t o find my way of reading not just because I shall use it for work….but because it is an important part of my day!
I have found a lot of resources on thin online. The latest discovery is Heartlight. So now I can download (or a program does it for me) a new wallpaper with a verse from the Bible on it. So in about 87 years I’ll have read the Bible 
(If I read a whole chapter it will take me 3 years – and that is not so bad; I might try that….)
