*) each day write down something you can give thanks for, a year from now you will have 365 great signs of Gods grace in you life!
This things made me thankful and happy today:
- the talk with Benedicte
- sms from H-E saying he got help from my thoughts online about children and pentecost (norwegian)
- Geir’s sermon
- smiles!

I’ve added some pages, as you can see in the sidebar. They are in the stage of coming together, so I will add to them as I get around to it. But as of today I’m starting my year with the wreath Pearls of Life!
I guess many of you never have heard of this (it started in Sweden by the way), but you can read a lot about it here.
The Pearls of Life is a prayer bead for the modern pilgrim setting out on the most difficult of journeys – the inner one. It is an aid to focus prayer and meditation. It was created by the Swedish Bishop Emeritus Martin Lönnebo. (from pearlsoflife.org)
Pearls of Life is a wreath meant to be a help with our prayer life, a concrete and practical help. Because it is visual and easy to bring, it also is a great pedagogic tool, a help to remember the key element in Christianity.
*Why not make your own?*
*And join me in the search both for God and self (as seen by Him).*
And then I’m running the new WordPress version
Was a little scared for the update; but it looks like most of my stuff survived! I’m not quite shore what’s going on with the subscriber-plugin, but will work on it a little later
Yesterday I added “Recent Photoblog” – but couldn’t find a way to place it above the counter – so I’ll try to figure out why (Val – you are so getting a mail soon
– *THANKS FOR THE PLUGIN, it looks great!* Just want it a little bit higher in the sidebar…). I also tried to upgrade to Photoblogger 2.1 on my photoblog A Farmer’s Child’s Tales…, but was not so lucky there….. Will have to work on that too – but for now I’m able to add new images and you can make comments, so I just have to take some time to get around to it…
Now I’ll have some dinner – from yesterday; some kind of pasta
I’m off to church! Nothing beats having the day of AND going to the church and being part of the congregation
At least this pastor feels that way
It’s second day of Pentecost, so it’s red and Holy Spirit all over again (or rather for the first time – it wasn’t service here yesterday!) This service the new Confirmants shall write them self in our Confirmant book. They don’t start the classes before September, but it’s nice to see them and I think they like to come as well. The sad thing is that I probably not will have them because I’m on mother leave…. At least I think I am
Have a wonderful day, I’ve got to run!
