This afternoon MT and I went to the store. We had to walk since I haven’t done anything to my car yet (it’s a ware-van and needs seats in the back before MT’s seat can be put in - I’m fixing it this weekend…) He was real good both on the walk and in the store, but when it was time to go he refused to put his jacket back on. It’s cold outside and I don’t want a sick son, so I said that it was the only way home; put on the jacket, scarf and hat.

He refused several times, and right in the middle of our discussion came an old lady. She seemed all nice and sweet, but kept meddling in our talk. I knew MT would wear the jacket, it was just a matter of time, but I think the old lady confused him. She talked to him like he was a real naughty boy and like he knew Norwegian (witch he only knew a little of by now, we’ve only known each other for some good two weeks!).

I played all nice to the old lady, but to be honest I whish she would go and do her own business. At last she did. Then my boy decided he had been making his point long enough and put on his jacket and all the other stuff I use to try and keep him warm. Not once did she ask about him, age, country, adopted - anything…. Strange old lady, trying to help the lost mother with her difficult child… sight!!!

And, yes, he’s not that difficult at all; just a 2 years old that has left all that is home to him to live with a new mom and all her stuff…. I’m so impressed with how he’s dealing with it all :D

Every morning, the last couple of days, a little boy has been crawling into my bed at around 4 am. Instead of continuing sleeping in his own cool big boy bed, he comes to mine. It wakes me up, and I have trouble finding sleep again. This little boy take up so much space, instead of him I guess there could have been two adults!! And it seems like he thinks space between bodies is waste of space, if I move just a little bit he soon follows after…. ;)

Why don’t I have a crib for him!?
Oh, yea, don’t want him to climb over and fall down, that was it….
