Finally, my bread turned good !!
I’ve been trying a while, but finally I think I’m on the right path! Yesterday it just turned out uneatable, so I needed this today or else I would have given up I think. But I like the idea of home made bread and that I know just what’s in them. Later on I’ll try to use a bit more coarse flour to make it even more healthy. But I have used carrots and oats this time (if you look closely at the photos you’ll see some orange dots in between all the white stuff… Taste so good!). ![]()

Today has been a slow day. Yesterday I mowed the lawn and took care of the laundry. MT played with E our neighbor at 4. They have fun together most of the time, but sometimes they forget there is a bit of age difference between them. I think E enjoys being able to tell MT what to do and to be the strongest and fastest and the one that can climb highest and jump from high places (he has two older brothers). MT enjoys having E too look up to and to learn new things from. He loves a challenge and wouldn’t mind trying out everything E’s doing. But then there is crying because MT doesn’t always want to jump wherever E decides, often we can hear MT screaming “NO! NO!”. Not because he is hurt or something, but because this is his only way of letting E know that there is no way he want to do or go or say what E want…. Sometimes E have to cry a little when he doesn’t get his ways and sometimes MT cries when he is forced to do/go/say something he doesn’t want to.
E’s mother and I have decided that they go well together. MT needs a big brother to fight a little with and look up too, E needs a younger brother to learn things and help and to learn to show respect. We hope they’ll stay friends. And I know for a fact that MT jumps up and down when he get to see E. And today while E was in kindergarten he missed him deeply and got quite bore of playing alone.
So, I had to play a little with him. But not too much, I’m not a play-with-the-kid-all-day kind of mum. And then we found the bike and he got to ride a little while I started to paint some benches for our garden. (I should have done that for the last 2 years, so about time)!!

The spring is over us big time. So many changes in just one week. Our plum tree are blooming and flowers pop up here and there (and so is the weed…). I guess there will be more photos later. I’m trying to finish uploading the photos (to Flickr) from April before I’m moving on to May - but had to upload a few from today….
MT was so tired after being outside all day, so he fall asleep just moments after his head found the pillow. I’m wide awake and love the long light nights. Sadly have I loads of house work to do (as normal) - so I’m using the time on my laptop; fixing my eyes on the screen, ignoring the mess.
I guess it’ll work a little while more…. so I can pop over and read some blogs on my blogroll!!
Have a great Wednesday ![]()
