what forum to istall?!

I’m going to add a forum for my church site (for children, youths and young adults in the congregation where I work), I’d be very pleased if anyone could recommend a good software for it (of the free ones - I have nothing to pay with ). Right now I’m planning to use the bbPress version since it seems like a good idea, the site running already on WordPress and all. But, please, help is appreciated!!
