Another week with some holes in it photo-ways I mean. But from Wednesday of I think I have it covered (at least to the end of the month…)
Monday 11th:
photo taken on April 25th 2009

We tried to take it slowly today. Not always easy after a busy week, but I managed some… Then we met a couple youths to prepare for their big service coming Sunday (konfirmasjon). Because they were only two and both were listening to what I told them (wow.) it went really fast.
However I didn’t remember to take any photos this day, the above is a favorite from our youth camp late April.
Tuesday 12th:
photo taken May 2nd 2009

MT went to the dentist today, he hadn’t been in for over two years so I was a bit worried about how his teeth were. But the dentist told us that he had shiny, strong teeth and keep on brushing like we do and please come back in two years time.
Worked on my photo book project, but failed to shot any photo this day as well. Instead I’ll give you another favorite from Saturday 2nd.
Wednesday 13th:
I got my friend to cut my hair a second time (or was it a third??!) It got a bit shorter and less hair in my eyes. Here I am again with my camera
I took a few more photos like the above and one of them I made into a black and with added some word art and made the front page of my recent photo book. It’s one of my favorite photos:
Thursday 14th:
We’ve started to go out for a bike ride in the afternoons. It’s nice and we get some exercise as well
The photo is taken by my cell phone.
Friday 15th:
This day I got MT home on my bike
I was so proud of my self for riding up all those hills (okay, not so many…) without stopping much. And MT was really pleased, he loved it!! When he got home it was windy so he brought out his kite and I wanted to shot a lot photos (at least) but my camera battery died on me so no shots of the kite in the air….
Saturday 16th:
17th of May is Norway’s national day. The night before is usually a night with lot of drinking and partying for the youths (and a good bunch of adults as well) – to give the youths something else to do and to create a safe haven the churches of a greater area teams up to make a fun gathering for them. This year it wasn’t as cold as last year and we had a great time!! There were even singing by the bonfire
Sunday 17th:
This year we celebrated the national day with my brother and his family. We had great fun and MT (and I) even got to join in in the parade. After some games and ice eating we went back to their house and ate a delicious dinner! Thank you! Later we went to my old school and met up with mom and dad there. It was a mighty nice day!!
