One of my grandsons (the middle one) plays soccer too and really loves it! It is fun to watch him play…I have always liked soccer better than American football–well since my college days.
Your son has the most beautiful eyes—I love the close up on him and the one where you two are on the sofa together. Oh my—looks like we are BOTH book lovers by that photo! I have so many–from my own purchases and that of my parents…and I bought another two while on a recent trip (one about the Norwegians that settled in Nordland, a small village I love in NW Washington state).
Don’t worry about your hair-I like the length, but if you don’t you can always cut it shorter:)

Thank you Fiona. Glad you got a sweet flash back from our things. I think that is why snapping photos is so important to me, capture the things and happenings that will bring good moments back to me when I see them again later on and get reminded…. Have a happy week capturing too!

Hi there! I just came over to your blog from Ali’s Week in the Life link up. It’s so nice to see a glimpse into your every day life, and to see your son’s birthday celebration! I used to live in Norway (outside Trondheim) for 6 years, and moved almost 4 years ago. So nice to see some “every day” things from Norway that are still so familiar!
